I am a uk based digital artist that goes by the username Captain_Mysterious.In this, I will state the conditions of my service, if you follow through with requesting a commission with me after reading these, I will take it as an automatic agreement to my terms.1. To prevent theft of my art, I will request that I am paid upfront in full after I have given a quote for the commission. 2. All payments should be done through my Ko-fi, through the commissions page. If your commission falls outside of my standard pricing, you may have to pay through the donation section instead. 3. During the sketching stage, you can request changes. However, once you have approved the sketch, any changes afterwards must be minor as it takes a lot more time and effort to make changes after that stage. 4. I do not offer refunds for once I have started the commission, as commissions take time and effort to complete, instead make sure to mention what you are unhappy with early on so that we can work together to ensure all parties are happy with the artwork. 5. The prices shown in my pricing sheets are guidelines, this means that if your request is more complex or requires more effort and time than the price shown, you may be quoted higher than expected. 6. To ensure that you have read all of my terms, please mention the password, summersault , to me. 7. I will provide updates when possible, but feel free to request updates of the commission to see how the process is going. 8. As previously mentioned, I do not allow for refunds once work has begun, this also means I do not allow chargebacks. Any chargebacks filed against me will not only be disputed, but will also result in you being banned from purchasing future commissions and have you put on a DNI list to inform other artists that you are a chargeback risk. 9. To keep my accounts active and promote my work, I post all of my commissions online. If you have a reason why you don’t want this to happen, such as privacy concerns, please let me know in advance so I can agree not to share it. 10. To prevent issues with PayPal use and to align with the TOS of the sites I use, I can only accept payment and commission requests from those aged 18 or over.
